Unique holiday home with stunning view

The holiday home is located in the beautiful hills of the Marche region between Pesaro and Fano and is surrounded by a 3,000 m² garden. In recent years, it has been carefully and lovingly restored, so that the rustic-romantic charm of the over 300-year-old house has been fully preserved. In the winter of 2025/26, a modern heating and air-conditioning system was also installed, sustainably powered by a heat pump. The space The house offers a living area of approximately 240 m². The rooms are arranged over two floors, each with its own bathroom. The spacious kitchen and large living room comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The garden, equipped with sun loungers and shaded seating areas, is entirely at guests’ disposal. Toys for children, two baby cots, a baby monitor, and more are also available. Guest access House and garden are for the exclusive use of our guests. There are three rooms in the basement, you can only enter from the garden; there you find the washing machine, garden furniture and more usefull things (coal for barbecue, beach stuff, toys).
