Green Valley Park Family Retreat

Fully updated 1935 Cabin next to Green Valley Park that is RV and EV charging friendly. Walk the shops/boutiques/theater/dining of Main St to the east or the Zane Grey Cabin & Museum/parks/fishing/kayaking/playground to the west of the property. Plenty of parking for vehicles, ATV trailers, or even an RV. Front yard is fenced and gated for dogs. Concerts in the park, 4th of July fireworks from the porch, mountain biking, OHV rides, rodeos, and so much more. About one hour drive from PHX valley. The space This is where everything is happening in Payson. There are shops to walk, summer concerts in the park, the Payson Golf Course, various historic landmarks, and access to multiple outdoor activities. Additionally, there is a large stone fire pit for cooking s'mores once the sun has set just off the back patio. We have recently added a 50 amp outlet in the parking area for hooking up your RV while staying in the main house (there is also a hose bib available) or if you want to hookup your EV to our Juicebox 40A charger. (note - there is a $10 per day charge for using the NEMA 14-50 outlet for a Trailer/RV and $.25 per kwh for charging your vehicle via the Juicebox 40A charger) Guest access You have full access to the parking area, the large front house, and the front yard. Other things to note The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Town of Payson Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Town of Payson Town Code Section 116.05. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose. The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Town of Payson Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
