Our apartment is located about 15 km south of Leipzig and about 2.5 km from the A38. The apartment is on the upper floor of our two-family house. It has access through our staircase to the top. Our guest apartment sleeps 4 people and is fully furnished. Please note our general terms and conditions, which become part of the contract when booking and can be found on the display in the apartment! The space On request, a cot or an extra bed in the living room (with an air bed) is available at an additional cost. Wi-Fi is of course available free of charge for the duration of the stay. Please refer to our information folder for details. We will gladly send you our terms and conditions on request. Please note that we charge an extra fee for pets. Therefore, when booking with a pet, you will receive a customized host offer or pay on site. Guest access You have the entire upper floor at your disposal. In addition to the living room, bathroom, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, this also includes a balcony and a cloakroom in the staircase area, where you can hang up or put down clothes, especially shoes. The bedroom with the double bed is a walk-through room to the bedroom with the single beds. Other things to note The cottage is located in a side street with a 30 km/h speed limit! Only the euro is accepted as a means of payment, unless other agreements are made. Please ask before booking. Foreign currencies are always converted at the exchange rate on the day of booking!
