Is on a No Exit Road for your privacy. The back of the house is fully fenced off. Only a 10 minute drive from Gore, 45 minutes to Invercargill, 2 hours to Dunedin and Queenstown and 90 minutes to the lovely Te Anau. Has a heat pump to keep you warm.
