This is a 2 bedroom house on one of the most beautiful beaches of Algodoal - Princesinha (Little Princess) Beach. It is located on a fine sandy beach in front of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s the most peaceful place to have a good swim and walk along the beach. The house has a terrace with a kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and the terrace and two bedrooms on the fist floor. It’s in the iguanas park. You can enjoy the sound of the ocean, frogs, birds and other Amazonian species. The space The property is located right on the most beautiful beach of Algodoal Island - Princesinha (Little Princess) Beach. The Atlantic Ocean in this area mixes with the Amazon River. During the winter time December-February the water is fresh, in Summer June-September it is salty. It’s the best spot to swim on the island because the water is very peaceful and warm. There is less current and waves than at other sites. It’s a perfect spot to walk, run and do beach sports as well as mind and body practices such as yoga. The ocean views are amazing especially unforgettable sunsets. The accommodation is located in the nature reserve of Algodoal - Amazonian Ocean. You can dine in front of the ocean. As soon as you leave the house your feet are deep in fine white sand. Depending on the tide you can jump into the water right a way at high tide or walk across the beach to swim at low tide. The property has been refurbished 2 years ago. It has a comfortable outdoor and indoor space with natural ventilation to capture any breeze. It’s perfect for a rustic and peaceful holiday. Guest access You will have access to all the facilities of the property. It is a beach house with BBQ and unlimited beach access. Other things to note As we have limited water resources we recommend that water usage is minimised so it can be shared between all guests. As you live by the ocean you can use the ocean water to refresh yourself and have a proper shower in the property once a day. In order to minimise the pollution on the island we recommend to use environment friendly shampoos and soaps and use as little as possible plastic plates, aluminium cans, cups and cutlery. Every time you make the fire in front of the property at the sunset this is a chance to dispose of unwanted packaging. There are bins provided for any toilet paper and sanitary articles. Please do not flesh any of it. If you do it will cause the flooding and big plumbing problem. You won’t be able to use bathrooms and you will need to cover the cost of repairs. Always be mindful how you can help save the planet by recycling everything you can. Be minimalist and enjoy this wonderful environment and make friends with the iguanas and monkeys who share this nature reserve.
