Finally, in Moraïtika village located 3 km from the house you will find all these facilities as well as car, quads, motorcycles, and bicycles rental agencies . OUR COVID-19 HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROTOCOL: How have hygiene and cleaning measures changed in the house? Here is the list of our main hygiene and cleaning actions applied in the house: - All rooms, bathrooms and common areas will be fully cleaned before the house re-opens for booking. - Common area cleaning: all handles, switches, and house keys will be systematically disinfected before the arrival of a new guest. - The house will not be re-let, and remains empty during 24 hours after a guest check-out. - Cleaning equipment will be changed after each room is cleaned, especially cloths and microfiber wipes. - All linen and courtesy products available in the room will be systematically changed before re-letting. - An antiseptic deodorant will be sprayed after each room has been cleaned. What prevention measures will the person in charge of the house follow? Here are the equipment and preventive measures put in place by the people in charge of cleaning the house who work for your safety: - All housekeepers will have masks, gloves and sanitizing gel. - All housekeepers will apply preventive measures and wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction with guests/other person. FOR TOGETHER TO BE SAFE AND SECURE :-) ______________________________ INFORMATION 2 : ______________________________ Greek Accommodation Tax : Based on Greek current regulations, please note that from 2024 the current Accommodation Tax charged on hotel guests has been replaced with the new “climate crisis resilience charge”, which means that as property owner leasing out one room/property or more we are required to charge an extra daily scaled fee. Revenues from this charge will be paid back by the property owner to the Greek authorities into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters. On January 1st, 2025, the increased Climate Resilience Fee (CCF) came into effect in Greece, replacing the previous accommodation levy. As a result as in 2024, the CCF in 2026 is charged per night and applies to both Airbnb-type short-term rentals and hotel rooms. Consequently, Accommodation Tax is calculated as follows: The charge is applicable to Airbnb villas rent and paid on the spot at check-in by the guest. The charge is calculated per room per night, NOT per person. The charge is not included in the price of accommodation. From March till October Self catering accommodation | Villas: 15,0 euros per room/per night. From November till February Self catering accommodation | Villas: 4,0 euros per room/per night. As a result of the above Greek Accommodation Tax applicable during your stay, you will be requested to pay upon arrival and check-in at the villa the amount of 15,0 euros per occupied room/per night (not per person). Examples for a booking of the villa in July: - Example 1 : in case you are 8 people, and decide to occupy all the 6 rooms/per night of the villa, you will be requested to pay 6x15€ room/per night = 90 € per night, in total for the whole group (for each person) which corresponds to 90€x7 = 630€ for the whole week for the whole group of 8 persons. - Example 2 : in case you are 8 people, and decide to occupy only 4 rooms/per night of the villa, you will be requested to pay 4x15€ room/per night = 60 € per night, in total for the whole group (not for each person) which corresponds to 60€x7 = 420€ for the whole week for the whole group of 8 persons.
