Cozy Waterfront Family Cottage with Hot Tub

A cozy, renovated, clean& beautiful cottage. Recently added an outdoor screened room and hot tub! This cottage ticks all the boxes for a family getaway. 3 Bedrooms, linens now available for a fee, please inquire. If you love to fish, go off the dock the lake is great! Clean swimming, and around 5-6 feet deep off the dock. Large deck with a new Napoleon BBQ and seating area! Town is 5 minutes away for all your needs! Long weekends 3 nights, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Age requirement 30 + The space The cottage inside has everything you need! Enjoy Netflix on the TV's, DVD player with movies, books to read or the PS4! The rooms are clean and comfortable with ceiling fans. The deck is private with a new BBQ and a screened in room. There are a few water toys to enjoy - such as kayaks, paddleboat and a canoe .We provide life jackets, fishing rods, water-noodles and some water floats Fishing is great - in our lake, or the several lakes in the near area. We hope you enjoy the experience and all the memories you will make! Guest access The property is a little less then an acre. If bringing any type of pet - (Dog) please ensure they stay on the property. There will be a dog fee of 30.00. We have the ability for the top deck to be closed in. We love dogs! We do not want this to change from behavior of them leaving our property. We have two neighbors who live beside us and we need to respect their privacy. Please pick up after your dog! We want to ensure that animals are allowed to enjoy the cottage! Other things to note Things to Bring: We provide mattress covers for the mattresses. There is now a linen service available for 30.00 per bed otherwise you will need to bring linens, blanket, pillows and pillow covers for each bed 2 Queens, 1 double and 1 twin -You will also have to provide any dish cloths, and towels (as no laundry facilities) -Your own toiletries, toilet paper shampoo etc. (Please make sure the toilet paper is bio-degradable) Dish soap and paper towels -Cleaning supplies are provided, including a vacuum and Swiffer. -Although the water is clean, we suggest you bring your own drinking water. We provide a large bottle of water that is in the kitchen and can be filled up for free in town (behind the fire station)- we hope people pay it forward and fill it up! -BBQ is provided with 2 tanks, there is a microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, keurig and coffee maker -All kitchen supplies are provided (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, bowls, mugs bbq utensils etc) -There are some lifejackets, fishing rods and lures, water noodles, kayak, paddle boat, canoe are provided - Fires - There is a designated fire pit - and a wood stove inside. You will have to provide your own wood - There is currently wood on the property - if you use please replace -If you smoke please do outside, there will be several silver buckets to do use and burn in the fire after
