Designed in a bright and modern style, I have provided all the amenities you will need for a clean and comfortable stay. SWIMMING POOL ACCESS: Two (2) registered guests have free access to the pool on weekdays only. TIMINGS: 6:00AM to 10:00PM only (Tuesdays to Fridays) CLOSED every MONDAY (Preventive Maintenance) 2. GAME ROOM FEES: Min of 2 hours is required to book the game room. First 2 hours - P200 (per gaming console, billiards & foozeball) Succeeding hours - P100/hour (per gaming console, billiards & foozeball) TIMINGS: 9AM to 10PM only * You may ask for the access and pay by approaching the front desk. ** It's first come, first serve basis and please be considerate if someone is waiting in line for use of the facility. *** Maximum capacity for the game room is 10 pax. 3. BARBEQUE AREA & PICNIC AREA TIMINGS: 7AM to 5PM only * You may bring your own coals and must be extinguished before leaving ** Practice "Clean As You Go" *** It's first come, first serve basis and please be considerate if someone is waiting in line for use of the facility. Other things to note **IMPORTANT NOTICE: Building management requires booked guests to send a copy with their valid IDs at least three days before check in. A valid ID is required to be deposited upon check in at the building Concierge for the duration of your stay. Outside guests are not allowed.** SECURITY DEPOSITS AREN'T COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY In case there's any major damages, hosts can request Airbnb some or all of the security deposit within 14 days of WHEN THE GUEST CHECKS OUT or before a new guest checks in, whichever happens first. Hosts are required by Airbnb Resolution Center to upload documentation of the damages (like photos or receipts), and request money from the guest to fix those damages. * All security deposits are paid through Airbnb.
