We are professional architects. It has been decided to use in these apartments our favourite tricks in order to create an atmosphere that makes you feel extremely welcomed. The modern and calm design does not make you feel uncomfortable and it complements different moods. We know that during travelling and business trips comfort plays the crucial role. That's why our spacious apartments have everything you need. In the hallway, there is a wardrobe for clothes with an ironing board and an iron. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities. You can use a microwave, an oven, two electric burners, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle and a two-compartment refrigerator. There are a sofa-bed, a coffee table, an ottoman, a console, board games and a large TV in the living room. This space is separated from the kitchen area by a beautiful and comfortable bar table with a workspace. Guests can put a chair to a wide window sill and work from there enjoying a panoramic view of the Moscow River. We provide access to a high-speed Internet so our apartments are the place where anyone can comfortably work or watch movies and TV shows with friends. In the bedroom, you can find a double bed with an anatomical comfortable mattress. The room also has an open wardrobe, an ottoman, a TV and air conditioning. There is a rain shower in the bathroom. There you will also find a hygienic shower, a hairdryer, bathrobes and all necessary toiletries. The interior of the room was created based on our personal design sketches. You can always use the washing machine with the drying mode which is located in the separate room on the same floor. Only our guests have access to it. Our neighbourhood is perfect for walking, there is a playground next to the house. The security of the guests is one of our priorities, thus there are CCTV cameras on the floor. We are always ready to help our guests with check-in, answer all their questions and to share cool information that will be useful during their stay in Moscow. At the same time, we understand that some people highly evaluate privacy: that's why we have installed magic door locks for which you don’t need a physical key. So you can drop by and check-out without a personal meeting with the owner. We will be happy to help if there are any questions. You can always contact us! For example, we can advise you about a good restaurant or tell you about the upcoming interesting events in Moscow. Cleanliness and comfort, that you can see even in small things, will please you. Cleaning of the apartments is included in the price and is made every three to four days.
