Charming, recently renovated, single-storey farmhouse in a small, quiet village and located opposite the Church. 100 m from the bakery/supplementary food store. House located 25 minutes from Beauval Zoo, 15 km from Chenonceau, Loches, 40 km from Amboise, Blois, Tours, 20 km from Montrésor (Most beautiful village in France), 5 minutes from Montpoupon Castle, 15 km from Chemillé nautical leisure center. 2 bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, fitted kitchen, open living room. Bed and bath linens are extra. The space We have just renovated this family farmhouse in a cozy and trendy spirit, to make it a place where you will feel good. The house is located in the center of a charming country village, quiet and is ideally located for visiting the various tourist sites of Touraine. It faces south. - Kitchen equipped with everything you need (oven, induction cooktop, table top refrigerator (a larger refrigerator is available in the cellar if needed), kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine), dishes available, kitchen table with extensions if needed. Kitchen opens to living room. - Living room: sofa, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi - Bedroom 1: former parents' bedroom. It consists of a 140 x 190 bed, a dresser to store your things, a wardrobe. - Bedroom 2: former children's bedroom. Sofa bed with thick 140 x 190 mattress with board games and children's books. Wardrobe available. An extra bed of 70 can be provided upon request. - Bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, separate toilet - Terrace: garden furniture table and chairs, parasol, electric barbecue and plancha available Beds made on arrival and towels provided if you take the package (10 euros per bed, 4 euros towels/person). We provide free of charge: baby bed, highchair, baby bath, 70 bed for extra child, ironing board and iron, extra duvets. Parking: free in front of the house or in the yard. For electric cars: charging station 5 minutes' walk from the bakery – Please do not connect your cars to the electrical installation of the house, it is absolutely not intended for it. We've had damage from tenants doing this without letting us know. Check-in is usually done independently thanks to a key box. It may also be my mom who is the owner who welcomes you according to her availability but it is with me that you will communicate for the booking terms. I'll be happy to chat with you.
