Unique in Nice, each air-conditioned apartment has a separate bedroom (bed 140x190cm) and a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom, an equipped American kitchen. (one of they apartment is equipped by a sofa bed) The last floor get a double bed more and a simple sofa EACH APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT. Ideal for 4 families, accommodating up to 16 guests. The building you are renting is located 30 meters from the sea, at the corner of the cours saleya and its daily local market. Ideal for large families, friends who wish to spend a holiday together while remaining each independent. A few steps from the sea, the promenade des Anglais, the cours Saleya (for your morning market), the Green corridor with the Place Massena : You will be in the heart of this beautiful old Nice. A few meters from the tram also, enjoy of all the treasures of the region and different Nice gardens. You can do everything by foot, wandering through the typical streets of the old nice and taste the local flavours. Possible equipment on request: -Cot = 25e for the duration of your stay -Chair high baby = 20e for the duration of your stay COVID 19 : THE APARTMENT IS ENTIRELY DESINFECTED AND READY TO WELCOME YOU SAFELY according to the new covid-19 standards of airbnb and those of the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention): Before your arrival: - the accommodation is entirely disinfected with powerful products bought and used for this purpose (bactericides and Virucides as you can see on our pictures) to bring you maximum security and allow you to be in complete serenity with us. - All supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, vacuum cleaners, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, bins...) - Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves. - All linen and textiles are completely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the apartment: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats... - We llet a delay between each reservation in order to ventilate the whole apartment. - Check in and handing over of the keys will be done by compulsorily respecting the barrier gestures: hand washing, wearing a mask is compulsory, minimum distance of 1 meter between us, plexi glass Transparent Glass to communicate serenely. - For your serenity: we will offer you a tube of hydo-alcoholic gel and we will provide you with new but washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish. At your departure : Leave serenely without contact since you can leave the sets of keys in the apartment or in the mailbox directly. (we will simply ask you to let all the windows open when you leave for ventilation and to slam the door of the apartment behind you).
