Cozy Private Upstairs w/ Balcony by Parks/Downtown

Private colorful upstairs bedroom of 1909 house located on a tree lined street in the historic Cannon Hill & Manito neighborhood. In walking distance to 4 parks and 5 minutes from downtown. Several eateries/coffee shops nearby. Bedroom has a quaint balcony. There is a second bedroom upstairs (queen bed); contact host if you wish to rent this as well. Guests have access to kitchen, living room, back deck. Host lives on main floor & respects your privacy, & also is very willing to be a resource. The space The upstairs is your private space with a large bathroom with shower. There is a cozy reading nook at the top of the stairs with a rocking chair. There is second bedroom with a queen bed. Contact host if you wish to rent this as well. Air conditioning units are in each bedroom during the summer months. There is a coffee maker upstairs with coffee pods and needed extras for your personal use. I also have a large coffee maker in the kitchen if you would prefer a bigger pot of coffee! There is a small refrigerator upstairs for your personal use, but you are also welcome to use the large refrigerator in the kitchen. Feel free to make meals in the kitchen if you would like.
