Located in a beautiful position, with a breathtaking view and surrounded by greenery, Villa Meridiana is the ideal location for groups of friends or large families. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature and tranquility, the villa is equipped with all amenities and tastefully furnished. Bright and quiet, it can accommodate large groups thanks to the large common areas, while ensuring guests moments of privacy, tranquility and relaxation. The space The villa is located in the center of a private park and offers 22 beds, distributed among 7 bedrooms and a large open space attic. Guests can enjoy all the common areas: the large living room with fireplace area and dining room, the super-equipped kitchen, the tavern, the billiard room, the indoor pool, and of course the large fully fenced park. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, except for the technical rooms. Other things to note We provide our guests with: - supply of sheets and duvets - 1 complete set of 3 towels per person - wood for fireplaces and barbecue - Wi-Fi with Starlink satellite connection - final cleaning - taxes (we adhere to the flat tax rate, therefore the rates shown refer to the relationship between private individuals) The house is super-equipped and guests only need to stock the pantry. EXCLUSIONS SWIMMING POOL HEATING = €150 per day (minimum two days) Any requests to turn on/off the pool heating system during the stay will be evaluated from time to time and, in case of acceptance by the property, a supplement of 50 euros will be required for the dedicated staff to come. CHILDREN The house is child-friendly and has the following amenities: - safety gates on all stairs - 3 cribs complete with mattress and sheets - 3 Foppa Pedretti safety sides for standard beds - 5 high chairs - Inflatable arm bands and life jackets for fun in the pool CHECK IN From 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Early check-in gladly granted if compatible with house cleaning. CHECK OUT Scheduled at 12:00 p.m. If subsequent bookings allow, it is possible to arrange a late check-out with the property, until 5 p.m. at an additional cost of €300.00.
