The villa and building construction consists of two main structures; divided by a covered entry path, providing space and privacy if villa is shared with friends or two couples. I prefer responsible adult guests, I don't accommodate for baby/children special needs. Main building (ground floor + 1st floor): Main entrance located at the ground floor with direct entry into living room. Ground floor consists of living room with lounge and dining table and kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and kitchen ware. All in neutral colour schemes to match the look and feel of the house. During summertime the Weber BBQ will be placed for easy access for outdoor cooking by the outdoor table. Two large window terrace doors that can be fully opened for max indoor / outdoor living. 1st floor - access staircase to master bedroom with separate WC and bathroom on first floor. Ample space in wardrobe / cabinets. Private balcony with exceptional view. Guest house building (guest annexe - ground floor only): Separate entry to 2 guest rooms / bedrooms, comfortable double beds each with direct access to pool and garden (see photo). 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one ensuite with bathtub/shower), separate toilet. Ample space of cabinets in bedroom as well as bathrooms. Please note that all bedrooms have Air Conditioning, and all bathrooms have floor heating and towel dryer. For colder seasons the A/C can be used for heating. Outdoor pool house and additional rooms: Exterior access to separate toilet and shower room, with external access from pool house. Access to laundry room with washer and dryer. The property: La Villa Carree is a 3000 sq.m property with garden, olive trees and pine trees in the midst of old stone terraces. Pool house with sofa and sitting area, outdoor lounge. Please note: this house is well equipped with floor heating and air conditioning / heat pump, for spring, autumn and cooler seasons. Guest access All access except owners 2 storage rooms. Guests will use the entire home that consists of the following: 1 Air Conditioned Living Room with lounge area and dining table, TV (internet connected via Apple TV box), Harman/Kardon stereo speaker and Wifi Internet. 1 Kitchen with all utensils and appliances. Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own favorite capsules), milk foamer, toaster, blender and mixer. All appliances new 2016, including a double drawer fridge for extra cooling capacity. Modern oven with micro-wave functionality. Dishwasher, cooker, fridge with freezer. Weber BBQ set including utensils and gaz tank provided. You will find dishwasher detergent, sponges dish soap and other necessities for the kitchen at your disposal. 3 air conditioned bedrooms with double beds with double comforter (duvet). Bed linen and towels provided. Large wardrobe / closets in each bedroom. 3 indoor bathrooms, 2 indoor separate toilets. Hair dryers in ensuite bathrooms in each building. In total the guests have access to 3 WC, 2 bathtubs/showers and 2 showers. Multipurpose soap and toilet paper provided for guests. Pool house and lounge, with outdoor sofa and furniture. From pool house its direct access to 1 external outdoor toilet, 1 shower room and 1 laundry room with with washer and dryer. Large swimming pool 10,5 x4,5 meters, max 2.5 m depth. Garden is large with wooden cottages, pétanque field, hammock, additional areas for sitting and dining al fresco. No guest access to owners 2 locked storage rooms, one the second floor of the main building and the cave in the pool house. Other things to note A unique architecture provides a perfect indoor outdoor living. You are literally in nature. It was designed by the previous owner in 1995. A solid stone villa construction with garden roofs of lavender. It's my private retreat and second home. I have decorated the villa to honour nature with natural materials and fabrics, in a modern light and cosy design. I love staying here, it's balsam for the soul with perfect zen! The kitchen appliances are new of 2016, and washer 2017 and dryer of 2014. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. For winter stays the A/C can be used as heater, in addition to the floor heating in all rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped, with modern appliances and china for most needs for cooking. The kitchen has good fridge capacity, including fridge with freezer and one drawer fridge. Potable water from the tap, so no need to buy water (can make use of filter mug provided). 6 sun bed loungers. 3 double beds, all with double bed duvet and 4 pillows per bed. Fresh towels provided per bathroom and for outdoor usage (pool only). The property is well suited for 6 guests in shared rooms. I don't accommodate for other sleeping arrangements. Please note: The villa is next to a forest, and to protect the garden there is an electric fence towards the forest to prevent wild boar to enter. Use of outdoor fire is not allowed during the dry months, which included precaution of use of candles and other fire. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house! Please be careful when smoking outdoors, and leave no trace of cigarettes!
