Lovely 1940s cottage located in beautiful downtown Charlottesville. Less than 1 mile to the downtown mall, with coffee shops and top Belmont restaurants close by, some within a 5 minute walking distance. The cottage is across the street from Meade Park and the Wednesday farmers market from May to September. Perfect for a romantic couples getaway or a family vacation. The space is ideal for a traveling professional in Charlottesville and needing to be close to the University or the Hospital. The space Coffee, tea, yogurt and cereal are provided for breakfast, and basic condiments for other meals. Let us know if you have any special requests. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire cottage, as well as the yard. TELEVISION and INTERNET We provide for your use while in the cottage access to HBOMAX, Netflix and Showtime. The local TV channels for ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS & FOX can be accessed using the HDTV antenna . Other things to note If guests have a baby, upon request we can provide a Pack and Play and/ or a high chair -although guests will need to provide their own sheets for the baby.
