Our vacation home with unobstructed views of the forest, directly on the Feldrain, with a living area of about 300 m² and a plot size of about 1,377 m² was built in 2009 and rebuilt and modernized in 2019/2020. The work has just been completed and it shines in a great "white". The space The house consists of two floors, the ground floor with 130 m² of living space and the upper floor with 142 m² of living space. The ground floor has access to the large paved terrace with garden furniture, seating pads and parasol. The highlight, however, is the spacious kitchen, which is integrated into the living area. It has a beautiful built-in fireplace. In addition, on the ground floor there is a children's room / guest room with 2 beds and a large bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is right next to the bedroom. So up to 4 people can sleep on the ground floor. A second bathroom with toilet and sink is also included. Upstairs there is another, somewhat smaller fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. The upper floor also features a spacious living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with two single beds and two other guest rooms with two single beds each (these can also be put together if necessary). A full bathroom with bidet, toilet and large washbasin is part of the amenities. A large sun terrace is the highlight of the upper floor. A total of 8 people can stay here. The roof terrace is currently unusable, as the railing has not yet been installed due to the coronavirus crisis. In the short term, this wonderful roof terrace will be available to you. The spacious garden is available for use.
