Our cottage with unobstructed views of the forest, directly on the Feldrain, with a living area of approx. 300 m² and a plot size of approx. 1,377 m², was built in 2009 and rebuilt and modernised in 2019/2020. The work has just been completed and it shines in a great " white ". The space The house consists of two floors, the ground floor with 130m ² of living space and the upper floor with 142 m ² of living space. The ground floor has access to the large paved terrace with garden furniture, seating pads and parasol. However, the highlight is the spacious kitchen, which is integrated into the living area. This has a beautiful built-in fireplace. In addition, on the ground floor there is a children's room / guest room with 2 beds and a large bedroom with a double bed. Bath with shower, toilet and sink is located directly next to the bedroom. So stay up to 4 people on the ground floor. A second bathroom with a toilet and sink is also included. Upstairs there is another, slightly smaller fitted kitchen, but it is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. Furthermore, the upper floor features a spacious living room, a double bedroom, a children's room with two single beds and two further guest rooms with two single beds each (these can also be put together if needed). A full bathroom with bidet, toilet and large washbasin is part of the equipment. A large sun terrace forms the highlight of the upper floor. A total of 8 people can stay here. The roof terrace is not usable at this time, as the railing has not yet been installed due to the corona crisis. In the short term, this wonderful roof terrace will be at your disposal. The spacious garden is available to be used.
