Located just two blocks from downtown Camden, it's a five minute walk to downtown in one direction, or to one of the many trailheads in Camden Hills State Park in the other. In any season, our central location gives you access to the best of the Midcoast. License Number: STR-00030 The space This studio apartment (located on the second floor) is a great get-away for an individual or couple visiting our area for vacation, work or both. The gas fireplace goes on with the push of a button, and a Rinnai propane heater efficiently heats the space in winter. In addition to the queen-sized bed, the couch converts futon-style to an additional sleeping area, perhaps for a younger member of your family. We lived in this apartment for ten months while renovating our home downstairs, and now welcome you to share all that Camden and Midcoast Maine have to offer. Guest access In the summer, there's an area of the backyard you can use outside your private entrance, and a gas grill dedicated to guests' use. (We'll add some photos next summer!) Other things to note Other things to note: The studio has a small capacity hot water heater, so while one person can take a long hot shower (approx 20 min), two people may want to stagger showers, or be mindful of taking a two shorter back-to-back showers.
