Ideal for those seeking independence and savings: although there are no outdoor spaces, you will have a super-equipped house (full kitchen, washing machine) at the best price, in the heart of our region. The space The apartment is a bright and comfortable two-room apartment, perfect for couples or small families (up to 4 people). Being adjacent to our larger house, it enjoys the exact same enviable location in Dorgali. The interior spaces are distributed as follows: Living room-kitchen: A cozy area equipped with 2 comfortable beds, a TV, and a radio. The open kitchen is perfectly equipped with an oven, stove, microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer, and all the necessary utensils for cooking independently. Bedroom: A comfortable and spacious double bedroom. Bathroom: Complete with bathtub/shower, bidet, sink. There is also a convenient washing machine and an iron. Great amenities: INVERTER air conditioners to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and a 24-hour Wi-Fi connection (Eolo) with excellent reception, also ideal for those who have to work. The real bonus: The Large Detached Garage! Having a private and spacious garage for your exclusive use is a priceless convenience for parking your car, motorcycles, or bicycles in total safety and without stress. However, all parking is free on the street below. Guest access The apartment enjoys total privacy. It is located on the ground floor, next to our main building, but has a completely independent entrance. Guests will have the entire two-room apartment and the large adjacent private garage at their exclusive disposal. No interior space is shared. Other things to note Exploring the area: between the Sea and Supramonte Sardinia, and Barbagia in particular, offers an incredibly varied landscape. The privilege of living in Dorgali lies in the possibility of exploring in every way: Towards the south: In a few minutes by car or by boat from Cala Gonone, you can reach the very high cliffs and the turquoise waters of the most beautiful coves on the coast (up to the spectacular Goloritzé beach with its 144-meter monolith, a climber's paradise); continuing further into eastern Sardinia, you can reach other wonderful beaches in Ogliastra. Towards the north: There is easy access to endless beaches of fine sand and emerald sea, such as the beaches of Cartoe, Osalla, and Su Barone, going as far as the splendid natural oasis of Biderosa and Berchidda. The Hinterland: The shoulders are protected by the wild Supramonte, rich in archaeological sites and ancient traditions. Don't miss the breathtaking hikes along the coast or inland, at the Gorroppu Gorge, the primary forests, and the canoe or kayak trips to the Su Gologone springs; the hiking tours to Cala Goloritzè, Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu... We recommend that our guests equip themselves with a car and a spirit of discovery: stopping at just one beach would be a real shame! 📌 Information for the Tourist Tax The Municipality of Dorgali requires an accommodation tax for overnight stays between April 1 and October 31. The tax rate for this property is €1.50 per person per night (to be paid on site). The following are exempt from payment: Those registered in the Dorgali resident registry and those who work on-site. Minors up to the age of 14. Disabled persons who are not self-sufficient and a companion. Individuals who require treatment at local healthcare facilities. Bus drivers and tour leaders (up to a limit of 1 for every 25 participants). Civil Protection/Non-Profit Organization volunteers on duty for emergencies or disasters.
