Historic, downtown PHX base for AZ exploration

Your room has a private entrance & private bathroom in the back of our historic PHX home in FQ Story, one of the original subdivisions in Phoenix. No cookie-cutter houses here. From here you'll have a nice walk to the rapidly growing & changing downtown Phoenix area, as well as quick access to highways that'll get you to all of The Valley's sporting events, excellent hiking, sightseeing & dining options. I clean the room myself & enjoy hosting, & providing an excellent guest experience. The space The Phoenix Convention Center, Diamondbacks and Suns stadiums, downtown ASU campus, Orpheum Theatre, and Phoenix Art Museum are all nearby. Bicycle rentals are within a short walk. Our streets are palm-lined and beautiful to walk down, as you'll see homes of various styles including Tudor, Spanish Revival and Twentieth Century Bungalows, each having its own character. There are many restaurant options within a short walk and a lot of fun antiquing options within a short drive. Want to see a hockey or football game? We're within quick access to the highway and you can make the drive to Glendale in twenty minutes for either. The famous Arizona Biltmore is another short drive away, as is beautiful old-town Scottsdale. We really are in the middle of it all! Guest access Outside of your bedroom door is a patio that's available within our backyard, or if you prefer you can sit on the patio in the front yard to enjoy the neighborhood. You'll have a private bath attached to your bedroom. Make yourself at home. During your stay We are glad to join guests for dinner or give them their space, whichever they prefer. We enjoy meeting new people, but understand not everyone is interested in chumming about with strangers. We're glad to receive texts, calls, emails or a simple knock on the door to answer any questions and help make your stay in Phoenix as pleasant as possible.
