Whilst there is plenty of room in the hallway for buggies/mobility aids there is also a large utility room if you would prefer to tuck them away when not in use. The stairs to the first floor are wooden, and have open treads and a turn in them. Beyond the patio there is no fencing and a sharp slope down to to the beach path, with bushes in between the two. Access to the beach is back down the driveway. Access to the house is down a short alleyway and through the gate to the gravel driveway, perfect for 2-3 cars, although you can fit more on but you may need to reverse back out as you’d lose your turning circle. Other things to note Linen, bath and hand towels provided for 9 (main beds) only. There is no BBQ, but guests are welcome to bring their own. The property is very environmentally friendly, the toilets are flushed with 'grey water' which is rain water collected in the roof!
