Super bright and cozy room with modern furnishing in the most quiet zone of Rome, well linked with St.Peter and the citycentre! Double beds that can be split in 2 single ones. Private bathroom. The space The room is located in a nice and clean apartment (3rd floor with elevator) that also includes another room (double) for rent. It's a 16mq room with balcony, full of light during all day, with two single beds available (extra person €25/night). Bathroom is shared with hosts (but it's not our primary bathroom so you won't find our stuff there, and will be free to leave yours instead!) and it's located just outside the room; wifi is free all around the house. The room looks at a quite busy street, you could find it noisy; if you need to be extra sure to avoid most of the noise try asking for our other room for rent, that is surely more quiet. Ideal for couples of friends or even the solo-ist who are looking for an interesting and unique experience in Rome. Guest access Guests have access to our bright living room, you could also use the washing machine for free. There's a kitchen where you can cook your meals, please note that it's your responsibility clean after yourself. During your stay We will be very glad to provide hints and help to our guests, it would be a pleasure to welcome you and share with you our space. The kitchen would be the main shared space, where you will likely meet other guests or us doing laundry, please note each room has a dedicated table in the kitchen, do not occupy more space than needed so that every guest feels comfortable.
