Condo in Hove

Our cosy one bedroomed flat is in an amazing location! Easily accessible with great transport links from Gatwick Airport, Brighton and Hove railway stations. There is Pay and display parking on the road (visitor passes arranged on request). Most importantly the beach is a 3 minute walk away! Western Road runs adjacent connecting Brighton and Hove. It is filled with great places to eat, local coffee shops, pubs and supermarkets. Central Brighton is just a 15 minute walk. It's all on the doorstep! The space This lovely basement flat has a separate entrance to the main house, shared with just one other flat. It sleeps 4 people in one large double bedroom with double bed and a comfortable, sturdy double sofa bed in the lounge. All towels and linen are provided. The kitchen is equipped with hob, grill, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer and even a nutri-bullet if you want to eat in. There is a small patio off of the lounge area where you can eat and drink outside, enjoy the hammock, chill, have a bbq etc. The bathroom has a shower and bath to relax after the beach/days out. Guest access The flat has a private entrance shared with one other flat. So we ask that you respect our neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum. Other things to note Parking On road parking is available on the road and surrounding area. Charges are payable from 9am-8pm Monday-Friday. Free parking available 20 minutes walk away. As this is our home we ask that you respect the space and enjoy it as much as we do :)
