My home is minutes away from the very heart of York. This private bedroom, with space for up to 2 guests features brand new furniture. The house is only a 10 minute walk from the rail station on Queen Annes Road, a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We have other rooms in the house so if this one is booked please do enquire about those! Guest access Guest have access to their room (including private bathroom) and the kitchen. During your stay I will be there to give you your key and I live at the house. It is important to let me know what time you will arrive so Vas can be sure to be home. Please ring the door bell when you arrive ( blue door) Other things to note I have other guest rooms in the house so do say hello to others if you happen to see them. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen as well during their stay.
