Rent a room in a house

Contemporary atmosphere for our quiet house in a cul-de-sac. We rent the entire house or only rooms . Please note the price listed is for a room. We are ideally located, close to public transport and road connections. We are 5 minutes from the city center of Les Nantes, 5 minutes also from the island's machines. We are 15 minutes from the airport. There is space on our street to leave your car. We are 45 minutes from Puy du Fou. The space our house is very close to Nantes ( Ste Luce touches Nantes) there is calm at home. parking is easy. Guest access We see the Airbnb as a roommate so you have access to the kitchen If you want to prepare food in the living room to relax. During your stay We appreciate chatting with guests if they wish, we are available for all kinds of questions Other things to note For the FIRST night, we want the guest to arrive NO LATER THAN 10PM.
