Nice 17 m2 studio with sea view near Moriani.

My place is good for a couple without children for relaxation, quiet rest assured, sea and mountain views, 5 minutes from the sea by car, private parking with gate. Located 10 minutes' drive to Moriani Plage, a small tourist town that is very lively during the summer, shopping mall nearby. The space Very nice small studio with a nice view of the sea from its small terrace, close to the sea and mountains (river for swimming in summer and mountains, various hikes). Guest access The studio with kitchen (stovetop, oven, grill), shower, toilet, hot water, living room, small TV, air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed for a couple. Small garden, ping-pong, small closed parking. Other things to note I have 3 quiet cats, which is why I advise visitors not to come with their pets. The studio is non-smoking but no problem to smoke outside. A car is still recommended to get around because the studio is located on a height (which allows you to have a nice view of the sea).
