Menorcan Villa with exclusive Pool

Sonblanc is a traditional farmhouse that has the beauty of its original features. It is a principal house (PH) with two apartments/houses within it plus a guest-house (GH). The villa is very close to the airport (but no noise is heard), Mahón and biking distance to Sant LLuis. The property offers everything you can look for to enjoy a sun and beach holiday but also all the peace, quietness and independence of a country house with some fantastic gardens, a pool where to get lost and a fantastic environment. Close to everywhere but away from any noise, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The villa is composed of a Principal House with two independent apartments within it plus a guest house. In Appartment one, you have 1 double bed bedroom, 1 room with 2 individual 90 cm wide beds, a 135cm bed bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, a leaving room and a library leaving room. Apartment 2 is composed of 2 double bed bedrooms, 1 kids bedroom with 2 beds and another room with two 105 cm bedd plus 2 bathrooms, kitchen (this one does not have a working oven), and 2 leaving rooms. Guest house is a space with a double bed plus a mini kitchen and a bathroom. Bathroom towels and all bed linen are provided. For the avoidance of doubt, no pool/beach towels are provided. Everything will be ready when you first come. You are in charge of changing and cleaning during your stay but we can help you to arrange the service. If you stay 2 complete weeks (14 nights) we will change linen in day 7. If you stay 3 complete weeks, we will do it twice, etc. So this means, as an example, if you are staying less than 14 days, 10 days for example, you are in charge of Washing your linen or calling the laundry that will do it within the day! We normally only accept full weeks but if we agree to an exception, this you need to know! in the terrace by the big kitchen there is a dinning table and outside chairs. In the pool terrace there are 2 sofás plus a coffee tea and there and around the pool there are 6 teka hamacas. There are not parasols in the villa. The pool terrace is covered. Also, at lunch time the fachade where the dinning tables are is shadowed Guest access You will have access to all the facilities described in the listing. In the villa there is, in addition to what has been described, a pool house and a secluded stone house (where we can be) that remain closed and cannot be accessed. Other things to note 1-    RECOMENDATIONS: a.    Water: In Menorca it is not advisable to drink tap water. We recommend buying mineral water. b.    Mosquitos: we are in the country so we recommend sleeping with some kind of mosquito plug or similar to avoid pitting and discomfort when sleeping. We recommend you to include plugs and/or sprays for mosquitos in your suitcase for Menorca! The house does not have air conditioning but every room has a fan. The house does not have heating. The pool is not lit at night and it is not heated Of the 8 bedrooms, in 4 all the windows have shutters and therefore complete darkness at night but another 4 (one of them being the guest house) do not, so if total darkness is required we recommend wearing a mask. After many years of experience and given there is a supermarket close opening from monday to sunday; we have decided not to leave any food nor oil, salt or pepper as different people have different preferences and most prefer to choose with what they Cook. Pls, take it into account when you go shopping! There are 3 types of coffee machines: a Nesspresso Inissia; a small Italian coffee machine and a Melitta coffe machine.
