Nice extended dry space to stay out of sun, rain or snow weather at door. Sleeps 1-2 persons. 1 queen bed. Keyless entry code door knob w/deadbolt for extra security at night. Code upon check in. We are behind Mooberry Elem School & 0.8 walking mile from Jones Farm Intel! We know a short cut if you are walking or biking! 3 blocks from bus line. Great apt location for visiting family & friends. Open floor plan. NEW QUEEN Bed w/memory foam topper. COMPLETE PRIVATE KITCHEN !! Microwave, cooking pans, coffee maker, full 18 c.ft. fridge, electric stove with 4 burners (oven holds a medium sized pizza!), starter supplies. Modern PRIVATE Full Bath (easy step in shower only - no tub). Cold water bidet. Cleaning supplies & vacuum in unit as well. No washer or dryer but there is a starter card to use at a very nice Laundry a bit away. They have delivery &/or drop service as well. Front of house (street) parking. Grocery store 2 minutes drive. Current price includes reasonable utilities. Amazon Stick added to 32" TV & Wifi router, so fast & easy internet! Bring your amazon code! We have regular free tv but no cable at this time. ALL PRICES are SINGLE Occupancy. The person renting has to be the same person staying. Any 2nd person needs to be on the signed agreement or added after communicating with me, the Owner. No access to back yard or owner's space. You can enjoy the front yard! Other things to note Let us know ahead if you are bringing your own pillows or bedding. We are happy to leave off the bedding & put in storage. * If you are staying over 1 month - If you need more help with cleaning, please seek out a company to keep the place clean. We find most guests that are here working don't always have time to take care of the upkeep. Average cost of cleaning people here are $20-25 hr. * Again we are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets. *We do not typically accept 3rd party booking as that is against Airbnb Policies & can cause problems with not knowing (vetted thru airbnb) who is actually in our home.
