Swallows Haven is a beautiful quaint 2 bedroom cottage with sofa bed in the living space. Open plan kitchen/ dinning & living space with fireplace. Modern kitchen with electric hob, fan oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and full range of kitchen wear to cook meals. Large island with breakfast bar & stools. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, storage space. Bright bathroom with shower over bath. 2 bedrooms, double beds with luxury bedding, wardrobe, drawers & lockers. The space Swallows Haven is located in a 15 acre sapling Forrest with a small deep lake, fairy walk and gardens that guest are welcome to enjoy. Swallows Haven opened in December 2019. The cottage has a small paved area to front and side. We are 2 minutes from Moneyreagh village with shop, post office, off licence and Auld House Pub that serves food. 5 minutes from Ballygowan that has shops, take away restaurants and petrol station. 7 miles from Belfast City Centre. Swallows Haven is a great location to explore Strangford Lough and Mourne Moutains that are within driving distance. Guest access Guest are welcome to explore all outside space. Children must be supervised at all times due to deep water in the lake located near the cottage. Other things to note No smoking in the house. No parties or gatherings.
