Lovingly restored coastal farmhouse

A lovingly restored, 200 year-old farm, close to some of the loveliest beaches in Wales and only 400 metres from the stunning Coastal Path. From Easter until the end of the autumn half-term it is only available as a weekly let (Sat to Sat). Shorter, more flexible long weekends are possible in winter (excluding the weeks covering Christmas and New Year). Weeks in winter start at £500, rising to £1950 in high summer. Long weekends (minimum of four nights) in winter start at £320. The space In summer Glebe House is the perfect setting for family holidays with its spacious living areas, large garden, BBQ and close proximity to glorious beaches and the Coastal Path. It is also ideal for walkers, cyclists, runners, bird watchers and dog lovers - particularly in the colder months when you can return home to a roaring oak fire (there is unlimited fuel in the wood store). In January 2024, the kitchen pans, baking things, bedding, towels and soft furnishings were all updated and refreshed. Guest access The garage / store contains the fuse box, boiler and a well-stocked wood store for the stoves or BBQ which guests are welcome to use. Guests should not enter either of the loft spaces, but otherwise they are welcome to go where they choose. The downstairs is wheelchair and pram accessible. There is a downstairs sofa bed and accessible bathroom and shower. the shower has a small lip for the tray. There is a step to get into the garden at the backdoor, but no step for the front door. There are fire guards and stairgates for small children. Other things to note Beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Rubbish is collected around 6am on Fridays, so leave out rubbish and recycling Thursday night. Please note mobile phone reception is not great in the immediate area of the house, WiFi speeds have been improved recently, but are still poor by urban standards. Google and e-mails etc work reasonably, but streaming and even Teams meetings sometimes struggle. There is little I can do about this - the house is in a peculiar rural blackhole.
