Quietly located apartment 12 km from Rostock

The apartment is in a quiet location in a village, which is about 12 km from Rostock. A 16 sqm cozy room with small kitchenette, hallway and a separate bathroom are available. The front garden is for exclusive use and offers both sun and shade. Guests have private access to the apartment, which is not used by the landlord. The space Through their own access, guests have privacy and can move freely and undisturbed in the apartment. The living/sleeping area and the bathroom are connected by the hallway. In the living area there is a 140 cm wide bed, a kitchenette, a table with two chairs, a wardrobe and an armchair. Duvets and pillows are available. On request, I also provide bed linen, sheets and towels. Utensils for cooking and eating, salt, pepper, oil as well as detergent, dish towel and dishwashing brush or rags are part of the basic equipment. In the bathroom, soap and toilet paper are provided. In front of the house is a bench with a table, which is also exclusively available to guests. Two deck chairs can also be set up. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of private access and the apartment is used exclusively by the guest during the rented period. Other things to note The household includes a cat, which does not enter the guest living areas but does like to sunbathe in front of the front door. Dogs are therefore not allowed. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
