Welcome to Studio on Burgess - a stylishly appointed, comfortable one bedroom studio with lounge area, kitchenette and main bathroom. The studio enjoys its own private deck and garden area to relax as well as off street parking, with separate access from a main house, so you can come and go as you please. Ideally located with many of the towns attractions only minutes walk away including the town centre and its many eateries and shops, Bicheno blow hole and picturesque Rice Pebble Beach. The space The studio is well appointed with a queen bed, comfortable sofa and soft furnishings to help you relax during your stay. Take advantage of the kitchenette area which has all the appliances you will need including a microwave convection oven, ceramic cooktop, bar fridge, nespresso coffee machine plus toaster and kettle with tea and coffee provisions including small milk to get you started. The kitchenette is equipped with all your cooking and dining essentials and there is also an electric barbeque on the deck. Relax in the light-filled small lounge area on a comfortable two seater couch, with access to a smart TV with Netflix or on the outdoor deck, which has table and chairs for you to lap up the sun, reading one of the books or magazines provided, or enjoy a cheese platter in the afternoon with a local bottle of wine. The main bathroom, separate from the bedroom living area has a shower over a bath as well as a toilet. We use a professional linen and cleaning service to ensure a comfortable stay with bathroom towels also provided. The studio has a clothes line to hang up your beach towels or wet bathers from a day at one of the many beaches in and around Bicheno. A Porta cot and high chair is available upon request only. Guest access There is a single car space available on the left hand side of the house, immediately in front of the private gate access to the studio. Please drive as far forward as possible so you do not block access to the front of the house. Keys to the house are kept in a lock box. You will be sent the location and code a few days before you are due to arrive. Please use the lock box when coming and going from the house, using your allocated code so the key remains in a safe place. To access the studio, go through the gate and head left down a path until you reach the garden of the Studio.
