The space The space is super-duper cute and renovated, with a playful mid-century funky feel. The building is gorgeous, and vibes like an Ivy League walkup with a Sesame Street stoop and real wooden stairwell. The bed is a solid new queen with 10" memory foam mattress. The bed is larger than it appears in the photo! The comforter is new, super warm and awesome. The couch is brand new, so please keep it covered and don't pour coffee on it! The TV is a smart AndroidTV with Network Antenna TV, HBO Max, Netflix, Youtube, and even a web browser. The space should have the basics such as towels, dishes, and some cookware. Target is steps away should you need anything! There is a stovetop macchiato/espresso coffeemaker, which makes "real" Italian coffee. I have never used the dishwasher, but I do have one! I have a Ms. Pac-Man machine with four separate games. And, the rooftop is fair game with chairs up there to watch the sunset every night. It's only a half-flight up, directly from my apartment. My place is bonkers for NYC. It's the real deal. We're talking OG wood detail, and a stone and brick building. The subway is 30 secs away. The drop-off Laundromat is across the street.
