Sunbird Cottage - Somerset West

My place is in the heart of the Cape Winelands, in the picturesque town of Somerset West. Ideally located, only a scenic 20 min drive into the tourist town of Stellenbosch. 40 min to Cape Town CBD. 10 min to the beach. 1 hour to Hermanus (whale viewing and shark diving). Plenty of wine estates for tasting /meals (Lourensford & Vergelegen only 5 minutes away). Many hiking trails & MTB trails within walking/cycling distance. My place is good for couples , adventurers, business travelers. The space Woodlands Cottage is a fully equipped, self-sustaining cottage. It includes a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a dining/tv room. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (lovely cotton bedding included) and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle and everything you would require including cutlery, crockery, pots and pans etc. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and basin area. Towels and shampoo are provided. The tv/dining room includes a couch and chairs, BIG SCREEN TV with Netflix. A small dining table. There is free uncapped WiFi available. Guest will be provided with a secure parking in the drive way. Optional: Daily cleaning/housekeeping can be arranged for an additional charge of R200 per day. The is a small outside garden braai/ BBQ and small table and chairs. Guest access Guests will have full uninterrupted access to the garden cottage. The cottage has it's own entrance and is separated from the main house. Other things to note There is a very friendly Labrador Retriever dog and a Pug that live on the property. The dogs are both sociable, however the lab is trained and will not enter the cottage or interfere with guests.
