This safe, secure community with access card only entry and 24-hour security is located along EDSA next to BONI MRT station. SM Light Mall is conveniently located downstairs! Stroll around ground floor mall, venture to Makati or other landmarks using MRT, or comfortably lounge in the condo unit for some chill time. Or take a dip at the swimming pool. You will surely enjoy your time :) The space We hope you are keeping safe during these challenging times. Please note that due to COVID19, only stays of 1+ month or longer are allowed by condo management and requires submission of signed documents by guests at least 5 days prior to check in. The move in ready condo is perfect for expats, corporate staffs, OFWs, staycationers and transient travellers. Unit includes: Reliable WiFi Internet and Cable 1 bed 1 sofabed 50 inch tv Rice cooker Plates set and silverware for 4 Built in 2 stove cooker Kettle Heated shower Even washing machine!!! Just bring your luggages We do routine pest control before guest arrivals but we cannot control neighbor’s pest coming into the unit. As guests, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue. If you don’t agree, please do not book this unit which we are offering at a fantastic rate compared to most rentals at Light Residences. The unit is well furnished. If you have any special request above what is offered, we kindly ask that you purchase it personally and take the item that you have furnished upon check out. Guest access Guests can access the pool for 200-300 fee per person per use. Guests also have access to the gym (fees per person per use may apply) If you’ll use the pool and other amenities more frequently and want free access, we can arrange for a one time 1000 php fee (please allow 2-3 workdays to process move in form) Other things to note As we advertised very affordable rates, please read below applicable charges before booking: Late check-in from 8PM to 7AM subject to 500php flat fee to cover my representative’s safe travels to check you in late evening/early morning. Early check-in subject to availability and at a charge of at least 500php flat fee if I will have to block the previous day’s booking Late check-out subject to availability and at a charge of at least 500php flat fee if I have to block the next day’s booking to accommodate your request Paid Parking during the day and overnight is available but subject to availability (150+php per parking) and is NOT guaranteed Airport Pickup/Drop off available at 2,500 per way City driving and out of town 6 passenger vehicle available for rent for as little as 1700 per 10 hours including driver/chauffeur services but fuel, toll fees, and parking to be covered by guests Standard Electricity charges are 5,000php per month to be paid by guests. higher meter than 5,000php is charged to guests. City driving and out of town 10 passenger premium van also available Please also provide valid ID of all guests.
