One-bedroom ground-floor apartment with private terrace and large 500 m² garden, in a very quiet area of downtown Bagnères-de-Luchon, located between the Casino Park and the Allée des Bains. The thermal baths are 400 m away, shops 500 m away and the ski lifts for Super-Bagnères 700 m away on foot. The large Casino parking lot is less than 100 m away. The space The living room is divided into a sitting area and dining area. The lounge area has a sofa, flat screen TV with TV stand and coffee table. The dining area is equipped with a table and 4 chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, range hood, dishes). The 9 m² (97 sq ft) bedroom has a queen-size bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm / 79 x 31 x 79 in), bedside tables and lamps, as well as a large closet with hanging space and shelves. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a large sink with storage, a wall-mounted toilet, and a heated towel rail.
