We charge a one off facilities surcharge of $300 up to a group of 30. if guests stay longer than 10.30pm it is classified as a stay over For larger groups of 20+ in total -prior arrangement and relevant surcharges must be settled in advance light Linen is included. Cleaning to standard on arrival is expected , a cleaning kit is provided to do so . if Cleaning is not possible, a Fee of $99 per hour applies minimum. PETS *** If you are bringing pets this must be advised in advance of your booking . INSURANCE BOND We ask that before check in you give via transfer a refundable bond of $200 , to cover any partial potential damage or soilage . If the property is in arrival condition the bond is refunded ( normally refunded) *Note the Cleaning fee paid pertains directly to a linen cleaning fee-you are required to do a general clean of the premises before exit .
