This year-round camp is located on the shore of beautiful Roxbury (Ellis) Pond. Located in the Western Mountains of Maine, Roxbury is the perfect location for outdoor recreation! Swim, boat, fish, enjoy the breathtaking views, see wildlife & enjoy lake living. This lakefront property has a deck which overlooks the grassy lawn & water's edge. There is a small dock & direct access to the pond from the front lawn. There are nearby hiking trails and other points of interest. You will love it here! This lakefront camp has a comfortable living room overlooking the pond, complete with a smart tv and high speed wireless. The newly remodeled kitchen is well-appointed with cookware, utensils, dishes, a full range, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, spices, cooking oil, and a full-size fridge. There are two private bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, as well as a fold out sofa bed in the living room. The camp also has a newly remodeled bathroom that includes a full size tub/shower with a new hot water heater. There is a brand new washer and dryer on site. The deck overlooks the lawn with amazing views of the lake and the mountains. You can access the property by private vehicle. The property is located on a short, dirt, dead-end road that is passable by passenger cars. The camp has two parking spots for guests. In the spring, summer and fall, the Gibersons will be nearby in another camp and are available if needed. In the winter, the Gibersons are about 20 miles away and can be easily reached if needed. This property is situated on the shore of Roxbury (Ellis) Pond. The camp is located on Chapel Street, which is a dead-end, dirt road. Neighboring camps are in close proximity, but the property provides parking, a grassy lawn, a small wooded area, and water access. There is parking for 2 vehicles only.
