"Seacliff" - Cliff Top Beach House

"Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS. The space The house was renovated in 2016 and styled in a relaxed modern coastal scheme. There’s a large north facing open plan living and dining room which overlooks the pool. The pool deck has sun lounges to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Off the kitchen & dining area is a lawned area facing west into the garden and bush and a great spot to watch the sunset. Below this area is a tennis court. There is a separate TV room with smart TV (bring movies on a laptop or dongle). 4 differently themed bedrooms; 3 with either a king and queen bed and the forth bedroom with single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a double oven with basic provisions provided to prepare and serve meals The house sleeps a maximum of 8 (no exceptions, please don’t ask). There is plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. NBN Internet typical speed 25-30 MBs throughout the house and outdoor areas. Unlimited downloads. Netflix Included. Guest access You'll have access to the whole property except the garage and sheds which is used for storage. Other things to note To access the property you will be driving through a neighbour’s property. The neighbour does keep an eye on people coming and going. Please be quiet, respectful and follow check in instructions. The driveway is sealed but steep, most cars are fine making it up the driveway, we recommend taking car in wet weather. We are continually working on the block. Please be mindful of this as the block (beyond the immediate garden and pool area) may be in different states of works, however works will never occur during your stay. We're happy to accommodate early or late check in/out if no guests are checking out or in before or after your stay. We can confirm this a day before your arrival. The pool is heated in summer months only, from September to April. Please Note: all peak season bookings (20 December to 26 January) require a direct payment of a $2000 deposit to the owners at time of booking. Deposit is refunded when guests check in and is forfeited if booking is canceled. Registration Details PID-STRA-5674
