There is a kitchenette (not a full kitchen) with microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, fridge airfryer. Plates, glasses, cutlery, crockery etc, and a bbq outside. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin, integrated into the laundry, which has a washing machine for your exclusive use. PLEASE NOTE: There is currently (as of Nov 2024) residential construction work in the property behind. This shouldn't impact any weekend stays though. The spacious back deck and large family room are perfect to relax in. The location is great as a central base for events and activities across the south west. Ironman, Jetty Swim, festivals, concerts, Cinefest Oz. There are awesome cafes and a few good restaurants in town. I can give you the local knowledge that will make your visit so much more special. Head through the blue gate and along to side to the back of the house. There is a separate entrance and you will have private access to the back yard and deck area.
