At the rear of the house, this two bedroom unit is very private and comfortable with all the essentials for a short stay for up to 4 people and one pet. One queen bed in each bedroom. Large air conditioned family room. Kitchenette with all the necessary appliances. Walking distance to shops, bars, cafes and the beach. STRA62803FD0SF87 The space My Busselton beach house is divided into two separate 2-bedroom units. Both are air-conditioned. This is the BACK section. It is clean, comfortable and casual (not luxury). Perfect for one or two couples, friends, or small family getaway. Furry friends welcome by arrangement. Two separate bedrooms. There is a kitchenette (not a full kitchen) with microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, fridge airfryer. Plates, glasses, cutlery, crockery etc, and a bbq outside. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin, integrated into the laundry, which has a washing machine for your exclusive use. PLEASE NOTE: There is currently (as of Nov 2024) residential construction work in the property behind. This shouldn't impact any weekend stays though. The spacious back deck and large family room are perfect to relax in. The location is great as a central base for events and activities across the south west. Ironman, Jetty Swim, festivals, concerts, Cinefest Oz. There are awesome cafes and a few good restaurants in town. I can give you the local knowledge that will make your visit so much more special. Available for short or long term stays. Ask about long term rates. Fully registered as a holiday home. Guest access Park on the property on the left hand side under the tree. Head through the blue gate and along to side to the back of the house. There is a separate entrance and you will have private access to the back yard and deck area. Other things to note There is no wifi at the property. Pets welcome, by arrangement. The property is fully fenced. PLEASE NOTE: There is currently (as of Nov 2024) residential construction work in the property behind. This shouldn't impact any weekend stays though. There will rarely be anyone at the other property during your stay. Noise is not a problem for 99% of guests. Local Authority Regulations: * The maximum number of occupants who may be on the premises at any time is six * All vehicles must be parked within the designated parking areas. * Dogs must not be left unattended at the Premises at any time. * Occupants must not cause a nuisance to any other person or disrupt the normal amenity such as noise, amplified music, smoke, odours, light and barking dogs.
