This place is ideal for solo travelers, couple or friends simply stopping en route to a sandy destination or dream vacation, tourists wanting to discover or rediscover Manila, US Visa applicants, or even convention center guests. Located in the heart of Manila - a busy city surrounded by educational institutions and historic landmarks nearby. We are now open for longterm rental. The space Tu Casa, Chavacano dialect (Spanish-based creole language) means “Your Home.” The studio apartment is a compact unit with its gray walls featuring acrylic paintings personally painted by the host. It has a view overlooking the Manila skyline and parts of Manila Bay. The 18 sqm studio unit is equipped of the ff: - Double-sized Mandaue foam bed with tufted fabric headboard. Given the size, it’s small that can only accommodate one to two guests. - Smart TV with TV Plus for local channels - Wardrobe with wooden hangers - Hair dryer - Flat iron with iron mat - Dining set - Complete tableware (2 sets) - Refrigerator - Microwave oven - Electric kettle - Portable blender / juicer - Tea pot with strainer - Complimentary tray: small bottled water, coffee and tea - Bathroom with water heater, and basic essentials such as bath towels, shampoo, body wash and tissue rolls. Note that there is no induction stove, so cooking is not allowed. Fret not! Restaurants are everywhere as you step outside the building. Bed linen, pillow cases, duvet cover, and 2 towels are being replaced after every check-out. Extra 2 towels are provided for minimum of 4 nights. Check-in Instructions: - Communicate your estimated time of arrival via Airbnb app. - The host will meet you at the lobby area. It is my purpose to create a sense of belonging wherever you come from (because I believe home is not just a space, but also a feeling - it’s a feeling of belonging, where everyone is welcome), give you peace of mind, and at the same time promoting tourism industry of my country in my own simple way. You can have a free access to the indoor swimming pool (doesn’t get much sun but good enough to swim a few laps; and it is closed every Monday for general cleaning), study area, and fitness center at The Club located at the 4th floor. There is also a 24-hour high security to keep the place safe. Other things to note Check-in is after 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM only. Please communicate your time of arrival after booking is confirmed. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Once booking is confirmed, kindly send me the following requirements via Airbnb app: Guest #1: photo of valid ID Email Address: Guest #2: photo of valid ID A photo of your valid ID (passport for foreigners and gov’t issued ID for locals) is required by the building for entry pass and smooth check-in. If it makes you uncomfortable, you may cover the passport number. The important thing is building administration and security would be able to identify your name and photo, and can present your ID’s for validation.
