It has a private parking lot with access control. Inside the studio you will find: air conditioning throughout the studio, wifi, a double bed and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, hot water and towels. It has a cozy living room with TV where you can enjoy all the Netflix programming. A kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, paper towels, and dishwashing soap. It also has a small dining room and inside its walk-in closet you will find beach towels, an umbrella, two beach chairs and cleaning and disinfecting products for your convenience. On the balcony, there is a small table and chairs. Guest access In the condominium lobby, you'll find a private gate that will give you direct access to the beach (by key), bathrooms, and showers.
