The living room has hand-carved natural wood floors with exclusive newly-designed chandeliers, large windows to the terrace facing modern Madrid to the front (views to Gran Via) and other windows facing the classic, regal, palatial Madrid (views over the old part of Madrid presided by the Royal Palace). It has a kitchen that opens or closes to the dining room, and there is a bedroom with huge sliding doors to enjoy the spectacular views of classic Madrid and the palace. Central air conditioning by ducts in every room. In the bedrooms, very comfortable beds with super high Visco mattresses and marble bathrooms. The master bedroom can communicate with the kitchen by moving the movable wall, being able to be used as a bedroom or as an attached office thanks to its separate entrance. The beds are prepared according to the number of guests, the apartment is ideally designed for 4 people, with its two double bedrooms, but optionally you can prepare for 6 people. So the auxiliary folding bed ( 180x80 cm) or sofa bed ( 200x100 cm) are only prepared in bookings of more than 4 guests. If a reservation for 4 you want the extra beds you must request it. The bathrooms have a 200 litre thermos that overlooks for about 5 showers in a row, please note that if the thermos is spent, it takes about an hour and a half to warm up again. Because we operate as a seasonal accommodation, the law does not allow us to offer services directly, so we offer them through an external company at a cost. Luggage storage: 6 euros per piece and 3 euros per bag. Airport transfers: 35 euros for a sedan, and 45 euros for a van with up to 7 seats. Other things to note Madrid has just banned the rental of scattered vacation homes in residential buildings, and has withdrawn any requirement for tourist apartments in commercial buildings. None of our properties are vacation homes in residential buildings, we only manage properties in commercial buildings, so our properties are not affected by the new prohibitions.
