Additional costs on site: tourist tax, see house rules. The space The historic Bauenhaus combines old flair with modern, ecological technology. The spacious house is divided into two levels. From the entrance area, you come to the right into a large kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances. However, you can also traditionally heat the old stove with wood. The entire house is heated with central wood heating. In the “large room” there is also a beautiful old tiled stove with a stove bench, which can be heated with wood from the hallway. The wood will be provided to you. Behind the parlor you get to the first bedroom. A large bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet are also accessible from the hallway. The water in the entire house is revitalized Grander water. A spacious storage room with a washer and dryer is right behind the kitchen. Here you can store skis and winter things for drying. On the first floor, 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and extra bed, as well as shower and toilet, lead off from the long hallway. In the hallway there is a cozy sitting area with a modern TV. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. For the summer season, there is a place with a table, chairs and a grill by the house. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house. Access to the stable and barn is prohibited. The number of parking spaces is limited to 5 cars.
