Saint Petersburg House With a pool and BBQ grill

This is a decent sized 3 bedroom, two bathroom unit with a large separate dining room and a backyard with a beautiful pool. There is a one car garage with two additional paved spots to park at the front of the house. All parking is off street. The place has a wine cellar too. Everything is newly painted and sparkling clean. This is on a residential street, where you are about a nine minute drive away from Madeira Beach, the other beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. (Free cancellation) The space The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a private beautiful pool in the backyard, including 8 garden chairs. Located within 2 minutes from department stores, restaurants, coffee shops and many more. Guest access The house is in a nice, friendly neighborhood on very quiet street. At night it's very quiet. Enjoy staying in the house or sitting in the backyard with the beautiful pool. Please be advised, there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests may use the pool under their own responsibility, for which we are not liable.
