Room in gorgeous sunny Pimlico 2br flat SW1

I have a lovely bedroom in my two double bedroom flat available in Pimlico, Westminster SW1. The flat is on the 7th floor of a listed purpose built block with beautiful views across London towards Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Millenium Wheel. It is 7 minutes walk away from Pimlico tube station, which is on the Victoria line. The flat has wifi internet access (very fast at 51.4 Mbps download speed and 9.8 Mbps upload speed!), washing machine and dishwasher in a new kitchen. The space The bedroom I rent is very cozy, has a double bed and a built in closet. There is also a small desk to put a laptop on. The flat has a kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso machine, a new bathroom, separate powder room, sitting room with lots of art books and a balcony can all be used by my guest. Since the flat is on the 7th floor, it is good to know, that there is an elevator. Pimlico is a wonderful neighborhood, which is very central but quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants near by in Pimlico village, Tate Britain is within walking distance, so are the Thamse river, Buckingham Palace, Sloan Square in Chelsea and the Kings Road. You will love being in the heart of London, waking up and seeing London's landmark sites Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Millenium Wheel. I look forward to welcoming you in my home! From February until June 2019 you will share the flat with my German cousin, who is in his mid-twenties and working in a consultancy firm. Guest access My guest can use the whole flat except my own bedroom. During your stay When I am there I am happy to have breakfast or dinner with my guest. Other things to note Everything in the bathroom like shampoos or kitchen like spices etc. can be used by my guest.
