The 1937 "Le Macine" Oil Mill

A 75-square-meter B&B apartment for a comfortable business or leisure stay, with every comfort that makes you forget you're not at home. Made from an ancient oil mill, they are also ideal for the elderly and disabled. It does not have parking, but 300 meters away there is a 24-hour guarded parking lot with which we have an agreement. The space Two apartments for 5 guests, equipped with a refrigerator, fully equipped bathroom, satellite TV, XBox, free Wi-Fi, double beds and a crib and cot for the little ones. One of the two has a fully functional kitchen, the other a useful corner for breakfast only with a kettle and coffee machine. Each apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest, whether single or family, and is organized to be able to stay comfortably either for vacation or for work. Breakfast is managed by the guest independently, with fresh and delicious products, already present and prepared in the kitchen of the apartment by the housekeeper, also to meet special food needs or if you prefer served at the affiliated bar. The Frantoio 1937 B&B is located in the historic center, has dedicated and affiliated parking, 50 m away, and is very close (400 m) to the train station/airport metro station. It has agreements with nightclubs, restaurants and beaches, as well as tourist guides. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of a fully equipped mini-apartment. Access to each apartment is convenient, in particular, for the elderly, disabled or simply for those who have small temporary mobility problems, as it is street-facing. Check-in is possible from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed and available. Access during the stay is free and autonomous as the housing units are independent. Other things to note For breakfast, there is a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle for tea, infusions and chamomile, refrigerator with milk, butter, yogurt, fruit juices, still and sparkling water, toaster. On a daily basis, the drinks and food consumed are replaced during the cleaning time, agreed with the customer. Products are available to meet special dietary needs.
