Recently added work space with table and office chair. 3rd room, semi private with a new double bed and comfortable bedding. We can add a 4th double bed downstairs for larger work crews (negotiable). Only 1 bathroom total so keep that in mind! Small but functional bathroom with new 3 pc tub and shower. Comfortable and bright living room with double pull out bed with 3inch memory foam topper. Wifi and a 65” smart tv for your entertainment. Roomy and functional kitchen with dining area, dishwasher and stainless steel newer fridge. Deck to sit and enjoy some fresh air. BBQ May-Sept. * we could add futon or additional bed by special request. Guest access Guests have access to parking with room for 2 side by side. Deck, backyard. Whole house. Other things to note The house is older and has some imperfections. Dings, cracks, & creaks. Many new amenities for guest comfort. Please do not reduce star rating due to imperfections. I care deeply about my little house and have made many improvements over the years I have owned it. And have more to work on. We will continually be making minor improvements to the space. (When empty).
