Teachin Siog, Detached Cottage.

Welcome to Teachin Siog, our special little cottage in the middle of the Killarney countryside. This house has been in our family for over 100 years and has gone through many changes. We have renovated this house over the past two years to present to you now. The house is situated a short 8 minute drive to the bustling town of Killarney and a 15 minute drive from Kerry airport. This house is very special with a fresh spring around the house which brings such a wonderful energy. The space From the outside the house has a traditional Irish cottage feel contrasting from the eclectic colourful interior. A large dining area is welcomed when entering the house perfect for a family dinner or a games night. Into the later built extension has a bathroom with an electric shower and towels for guests. And a bright kitchen with cooker, toaster, kettle and a small breakfast bar. Also plenty spices are available for guests to use. Also on the ground floor is a cosy sitting room with an open fire. Books and board games are available for guests to use to keep entertained. A smart TV with access to chrome cast is available for guests. Upstairs are two bedrooms (stairs are quite steep) The main double room has a beautiful hand made built in double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. I would like to add the roof in this room is 6ft so we have done our best to utilise the space accordingly. I like to believe the house was built for faeries :) The next bedroom has two single beds here with a desk workspace. There is also a fold out single bed if required. A gate is at the top of the stairs for safety of children Gates at the front of the property ensure safety from the road. Guests have access to a large back garden as well. Absolutely no noise after 10pm. The house is located in a quite residential area so please be considerate of neighbours. The cottage is connected to another house so please be courteous of this rule. If there is noise after said time, guests will be asked to leave the premises. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden
