Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, our home is surrounded by fields and a beautiful reservoir with stunning views. We have three gardens as well as 5 acres and our own ancient woodlands. The local village of Forest Row is surrounded by the famous Ashdown Forest and is less than five minutes drive. away. We are less than one hour by train to central London and Brighton. We have wonderful walks on our doorstep as well as nearby riding, sailing or golf and the famous Ashdown forest The space Peaceful country hideaway at the end of a mile long no-through road yet only five minutes from the village. The sitting -room is the full height of the barn with a log burner and a huge comfy sofa and looks out over open fields. Smart TV and Prime Video/Netflix Guest access Access to the whole house (excluding small office room) Other things to note There are many local stately homes to visit, including Standen house. The beautiful Wakehurst Place is worth a visit as well as Hever Castle. The Bluebell Railway is nearby. We have many local antique shops and boutiques in the village and nearby in Ardingly there are regular events such as antique fairs and countryside shows. Wonderful restaurants and cafés in the village as well as two organic farms.
