Lovely eco-friendly Craftsman home with all new high-efficiency appliances and shower heads, spacious back yard/porch, Sonos stereo, Eero devices, solar panels, & battery.. This is our primary house. 2 great separate workspaces with Sonic Gigabyte internet. Located on quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to BART, Bay Bridge and wine country, plus walking distance to many hip Temescal shops, breweries & food, including Bakesale Betty's, Temescal Brewery, Cholita Linda, and Blue Bottle Coffee. The space House was completely remodeled in 2012 and we've added new green features, including high-efficiency shower-heads, lights, and appliances, a heat pump and solar panels. Great backyard/porch/garden area, also recently re-done. It's close to public transit and lots of good restaurants & bars. Space is great for hosting family; not great for throwing big parties Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Street parking is free. Other things to note You can use the porch and backyard. We just ask that by 9:00 pm, you are quiet so you don't disturb our neighbors who are great people. We have three nest cameras in the house but not pointing in the house. Two pointing out windows in the front and one on the back porch.
